Delivery & Collection
King of Crates’ head office and workshop is based in the Netherlands. All products showing will be send straight from there. Depending on stock levels or customised orders, we are aiming to get your order delivered to you within 4-7 working days. If for any reason we are facing a stock level issue, we will contact you to discuss an alternative delivery time.
When ordering a product it will be clearly stated what the estimated delivery time will be. This will also be confirmed in your order confirmation via email together with an easy-to-access Track & Trace link. For larger products we may have to use a different form of transport option which can the delivery time slightly. We will keep you updated if this may occur.
What is the process?
After your order has been received & payment has been checked, our team will start processing your order in a rapid speed. If you have place a customised product, we will keep you informed when it is ready for collection from the workshop & on its way to you.
Busy & seasonal months
During the seasonal months it is advisory to place your order in plenty of time. The courier service
may experience some delays at certain time of the year (Chistmas). To avoid disappointment it is give
yourself enough time. Keep an eye on the provided Track & Trace and if you have any worries or questions, please contact our Customer Service on 01935 814141. Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5
pm. Note: have your order reference at hand for smooth processing.
Transport fees
All charges are based on weight and size and can therefore be different. The total amount will be
shown at the check out. There are no hidden costs.
Return address
If for any reason you are not happy with your ordered product(s), not a problem. We will accept all returns, with the exception of custom made furniture and items, printed or engraved
products, lighting, gift cards & vouchers). Courier or postal charges will have to be paid by the customer & cannot be refunded from King of Crates unless Customer Service & the customer have come to an agreement about the return.
